Our concept is built around in-house air roasting using the Java Master commercial air roasting system — one of the cleanest and most advanced small-batch roasters available

The transparent chamber lets you easily monitor color changes. Customers can choose their own green coffee beans sourced from Brazil, Ethiopia, and Colombia, and watch them roasted fresh on-site. They can enjoy their custom brew in the café or take home a bag of their personalized, freshly roasted beans. This hands-on, customizable approach sets us apart from traditional cafés and brings an actual farm-to-cup experience to the community.

Our roasting is done using the Java Master fluid-bed air roasting system, which circulates hot air around the beans for an even, efficient roasting, with no hot surfaces, no burnt flavors, and no smoke buildup.

This is a Java Master fluid bed coffee roaster, and it works differently from the more common drum roasters.
A drum roaster tumbles beans inside a rotating metal barrel. The Java Master uses high-velocity hot air to float and circulate the beans inside the tall clear chamber you see. The beans do not sit on metal and do not rotate in a drum. They hover and move on a column of air, which gives the roast a very clean and even heat.
